Can I select my size?
Size preference will not be offered in Sneakers but for all prizes by Urban Monkey, you can choose your preferred size.
Note: In case of size or color unavailability, substitutions may be made at the last minute without informing the winner.
How do i redeem my vouchers?
Every voucher purchased during the Christmas Raffle 2024 is redeemable on SmartKicksMarket. You can use the amount spent on vouchers to run stories for buying or selling your sneakers. These slots are valid until January 31st, 2025.
For example, if you buy 2 vouchers, you’ll get to post 2 stories for WTS (Want to Sell) or WTB (Want to Buy).
When will I receive my vouchers?
As soon as you complete your purchase, your vouchers will be automatically emailed to you within 1 hours.
